At the invitation of Chris R.M. Grovenor, Professor of Materials, Head of Department, Lanzhou University of Technology shall assign Professor *** and Professor *** as academic visitors to visit the Department of Materials, University of Oxford for a period of eight weeks from 16th January 2006 to 12th March 2011. And all expenses of the 2 professors including living expenditure during their stay in Britain are paid by Lanzhou University of Technology. The two professors will return to Beijing, China on time after finishing the task.
