This is to certify that Ms. *** serves as an associate professor at Lanzhou University of Technology (LUT), with a monthly income of CNY50,000. *** is triply funded by China Scholarship Council, Education Department of Gansu Province and Lanzhou University of Technology to do research work as a visiting scholar at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences, the University of Manchester from 16 October 2007 to 16 October 2008 (for 12 months). LUT has approved her request of going abroad. We shall keep ***’s university position during her research and resume her employment when she returns from abroad on time.
